WeWork x Tiny House @ 801 Barton Springs | Austin, TX

In partnership with Tiny House Coffee, WeWork designed and built a 1800 sqft bright, vibrant cafe to eat, drink, and chill near Barton Springs swimming pool. The top floors of this building were already leased as WeWork co-working, but the ground floor space had remained empty and abandoned for several years. This space activates the building’s ground floor by providing the first brick & mortar opportunity for Tiny House Coffee and a much needed food amenity for the neighborhood. Our design team was able to create strong brand overlap between WeWork’s aesthetic and Tiny House’s creative direction, as seen through the photographs and design boards below. To drive revenue, Tiny House operates the space as their coffee shop during the day, while the main lounge area is designed with AV equipment to allow for event rentals in the evenings.
